• You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature to our Shopify storefront.

2. General Conditions & Food Sales

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  Product Perishability: You acknowledge that you are purchasing consumer packaged goods (CPG) food products. While our Mini Crisps are specially baked to preserve an extended shelf life, they are still perishable items.

• Right to Limit Quantities: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

• In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Food Safety, Quality, & Allergen Disclaimer

  Nut-Free Facility: Cravings World products are proudly manufactured by Baked Cravings in a dedicated, 100% nut-free facility. While we maintain strict protocols to prevent allergen cross-contamination for peanuts and tree nuts, customers with severe allergies to other common food ingredients (such as wheat, dairy, soy, or eggs) must read our ingredient labels carefully prior to consumption.

  Freshness & Storage: We guarantee product freshness up to the "Best By" date printed on the packaging, provided the bag remains completely sealed. Once opened, it is the consumer's responsibility to store the treats in an airtight container to preserve texture. Cravings World is not liable for products that spoil, become stale, or degrade due to improper storage after opening.

5. International Compliance & Customs

By placing an order on Cravings World for global delivery, you act as the official importer of record into your destination country.

  Regulatory Compliance: Cravings World complies strictly with United States FDA regulations. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that our baked goods and their specific ingredients are legally permitted for import under your local government's agricultural, health, and customs laws.

  Seizures and Customs Actions: Cravings World is not responsible or liable for items delayed, confiscated, seized, or destroyed by local customs officials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cravings World, our parent company Baked Cravings, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, health issues arising from undisclosed non-nut allergies, or financial losses resulting from delayed or customs-held international shipments.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
