1. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Tip: Because you sell food, standard "return the product to us" policies do not apply for safety and health reasons.

Food Safety & No-Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and strict food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of any food items once they have left our facility. All sales of Baked Cravings Mini Crisps are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take immense pride in ensuring our treats survive their global journey without turning into cookie dust. However, if your order arrives severely damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at [insert support email].

  • You must provide photographic proof of the damaged packaging and product, along with your order number.

  • Eligible issues will receive a replacement shipment or a store credit at our sole discretion.

International Shipping, Customs, and Refusals

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer, or for packages deemed undeliverable.

  • Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Refused Deliveries: If a package is refused at customs or by the recipient due to unexpected duties, or if it cannot be delivered due to local country restrictions on food imports, Cravings World will not issue a refund.

2. Terms of Service (Food & Allergen Disclaimers)

Tip: You must legally protect the business regarding your facility's allergen status and product shelf life.

Allergen and Food Safety Warning

  • Nut-Free Facility: Cravings World products are proudly manufactured by Baked Cravings in a dedicated, 100% nut-free facility. While we maintain strict protocols to prevent allergen cross-contamination for peanuts and tree nuts, customers with severe allergies to other ingredients (such as wheat, dairy, soy, or eggs) should read our ingredient labels carefully prior to consumption.

  • Consumption & Shelf Life: Our Mini Crisps are a premium CPG item packaged to lock in peak freshness without artificial preservatives. We guarantee product freshness up to the "Best By" date printed on the packaging, provided the bag remains sealed. Once opened, store in an airtight container to preserve texture. Cravings World is not liable for products that spoil or become stale due to improper storage after opening.

International Compliance Disclaimer

By placing an order on Cravings World, you acknowledge that you are legally importing a food product into your destination country. Cravings World complies with United States FDA regulations. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that baked goods and their ingredients are permitted for import under your local government's agricultural and food laws. Cravings World is not responsible for items seized or destroyed by local customs officials.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cravings World and its parent company, Baked Cravings, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consumption, transport, or handling of our products, or from your inability to receive shipments due to international customs regulations.
