Food Safety & No-Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and strict food safety regulations, we cannot accept physical returns of any food items once they have left our facility. All sales of Baked Cravings Mini Crisps are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take immense pride in ensuring our treats survive their global journey without turning into cookie dust. However, if your order arrives severely damaged, defective, or incorrect, we want to make it right:

    Proof Required: You must provide photographic proof of the damaged packaging and product, along with your order number.

International Shipping, Customs, and Refusals

    Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer, or for packages deemed undeliverable.

    Customs Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

    Refused Deliveries & Seizures: If a package is refused at customs or by the recipient due to unexpected duties, or if it cannot be delivered due to local country restrictions on food imports, Cravings World will not issue a refund.
